Baker & Spice is an award-winning food shop and restaurant with locations in Dubai, Kuwait and Bahrain. We first opened at Souk Al Bahar in Dubai in 2008, quickly becoming an inspiration all over the region.

Baker & Spice is a centre for artisan food excellence. Guided by the seasons and ethical principles, our food philosophy is simple: local | organic | fresh | homemade. It's all we do and we do it exceptionally well in that order. Everything we serve is made from scratch in our kitchens.
