Experts Computer started with the formation of its first enterprise in Dubai, UAE by its founders Mr. Shailendra Rughwani and Mr. Monesh Rughwani in 1994. Both the founders have extensive experience in IT and International Trade. Mr. Shailendra Rughwani, who is a Bachelors in Science and Post Graduate in Business Administration, started his career in Japan and moved to Dubai to setup Experts Computer LLC in 1994.
