OUR PHILOSOPHY Froebel’s International School was founded in 1975 with 10 students, 4 teachers and a vision. Our founder, Mrs. Sabiha Zamir Khan’s vision for education has been to provide students with the academic and personal skills that would prepare them to be productive members of society; confident, well-spoken, adaptable thinkers who are able to positively contribute to whichever field they choose. Current research shows that this is exactly the kind of learning that schools must emphasise. Since its humble beginnings in a portion of a house, Froebel’s has expanded into several cities while the Head Office remains in Islamabad. Despite the growth in the organisation, our philosophy remains the same. Over the past four decades, our school network has expanded to 8 campuses in 5 cities with faculty strength touching nearly 400. Today we stand proudly as a premier educational institution providing academic, sporting, extracurricular and social platforms for generations of students. Froebel’s offers a comprehensive and challenging curriculum for all students in our care, from the youngest 6-week-old in Daycare all the way up to our 18-year-old young adults in A Levels. Our highly qualified, dynamic and enthusiastic staff mentors boys and girls helping them to grow not only academically but also personally. More responsibility is given to our senior students in the form of student societies, extracurricular activities, internship opportunities and community service programmes. By providing a carefully designed balance between freedom and supervision, the school faculty and administration aim to enable students to achieve a smooth transition into higher education and adult life.
