Introduction The Firm was initially formed under the name and Style of “M/s Smart Power Solution” during the year 2001. Later it was upgraded and renamed as M/s SPS (Pvt.) Ltd. in July 2010 having its registered Head Office at Lahore. With increased professional activities in North & Center, a Zonal Office was opened in Islamabad. The firm is registered with SECP as Private Limited under the Companies Ordinance 1984. Pakistan Engineering Council.
