ANDAAZ RESTAURANT

Andaaz is owned and operated by chef Ahmed Chema. He holds degrees in culinary arts and communication design. After completing his culinary arts education and serve safe certification he started working as a cook and has seventeen years of experience in hospitality industry. He currently owns three successful restaurants in Pakistan and provides consultancy. The kitchen at Andaaz is headed by Abdul Gafur. Chef Gafur has over twenty years of experience and has held the position since the restaurant opened its doors in 2008. His team comprises of well-trained chefs cooks and dishwashers. These young men were recruited from villages around Lahore and had no experience working before joining Andaaz. Most of them have been working at Andaaz for over five years.
