Aldka Saudi Arabian Food

The name Aldka originally refers to an open air, elevated reception area used to welcome guests. Saudi Arabian food is rich, dynamic and diverse and that is truly reflected in our menu. It is also heavily influenced by its interactions and proximity to other cultures. In our menu, you will come across dishes from the north of the country that differs from those of the south, east or west.

You will also see dishes that were historically not an item in Saudi menus, but with time have become a staple dish, for example rice.
