Our 4 Pizzetta Bases Our fluffy PIZZETTA DOUGH is the result of a 58 hours long fermented sourdough journey, hand made with the best Italian whole wheat flours. Our super light PIZZETTA VEGGIE DOUGH is made with fresh vegetables, rich in fibre and low in carbs! HEALTHY REVOLUTION! Both our KETO and GLUTEN FREE doughs are made by our friends @SkinnyGenie and simply are…AMAZING! We bake the GF pizzas in a separate oven to minimize any risk of contamination, as we are not a 100% gluten free environment.
