AL RAUF Electronics provide online service for elcetronic items and home appliances refrigerator ,LED TV, Camera ,air condition,deep freezer,inventor ,and kitchen appliances.
All items are eligible for returns, only in the case of a defect or damage. All items that are to be returned should be in good/working condition. No USED items will be returned.
If the defect is minor and repairable then in such cases repairs shall be made to the product instead of replacing the product. However, in cases where the product can’t be repaired and damage is considerable such as a dent or broken glass then in such cases the product shall be replaced.
All returns shall be made within seven days of purchase. A return order can be issued by filling the form in the link provided.
