Mid 1980’s saw a rapid growth of Air conditioning/MEP industry in the UAE and elsewhere in the region, consequently with this came the demand for MEP contractors. This was then followed by the requirement of suppliers who could fulfil the need of these MEP contractors; be it equipment or other related products that are essential for the installation of air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems across the region. Keeping the above mentioned scenario in mind, Unigulf Development was established in 1986 to cater to the needs of MEP contractors. Since then the company has come a long way and has become one of the most trusted suppliers of various types of products and accessories to the contractors in the UAE and MENA region. The range of products comprises elastomeric foam insulation, fiberglass, rockwool, polyolefin, extruded/expanded polystyrene, ducting accessories, cladding systems, coatings/ adhesives/sealants, refrigerants and range of refrigeration tools/accessories.
