Our trading activities are specialized in textiles and construction materials but we also have large scale trading operations in cosmetics, luxury items and many other goods. As for our consultancy practice, we seek to provide guidance to those companies who seek to enter the U.A.E. markets. Our offering includes business development services, in which we help determine the best way to enter the market and grow scale quickly, as well as marketing services and product development services. Our corporate finance team covers a wide range of services that involve investments in U.A.E. companies and real estate as well as valuation, due diligence and deal structuring advice for mergers and acquisitions. The same team also offers a wide array of solutions for debt restructuring, portfolio valuations and other corporate finance related themes. Given our decades of experience in sourcing products from one country and exporting them to another one, we are now in the luxurious position of being able to offer product sourcing services to our clients. We are also able to facilitate the search for a contract manufacturer.
