Working with internal / regional Data teams, to solve complex business questions through data. Proactively identifying, prioritizing and conducting analysis that drives meaningful insight on target objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Understand clients’ business and check if the business logic is reflected through the data
Utilize advanced mathematical and analytical methods to analyze and report performance to track optimization metrics
Ensure quality and reliability of data obtained from various sources (ensuring that data contains required information for analytics and modeling)
Perform in-depth analysis of data to provide key insights
Process, clean, and analyze client data to be utilized for pipelining and AI modeling
Identify issues in daily data feed and ensure data consistency and data integrity
Perform trend analysis on data to provide recommendations
Create stored procedures and scripts to facilitate data manipulation and analysis
Identify and solve data-oriented problems
Develop dashboards and visualization for effective performance monitoring
Perform other duties as assigned - prepare succinct, clear, and easy to follow documents that summarize findings and insights
Experience and Skill Set
Fresh graduate to Mid-senior level
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferable
Strong quantitative analysis skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and capability to adapt to new problems through self-initiated collaboration & question asking sessions
Familiarity with ad-hoc data analysis; SQL is a must and knowledge of R/Python/Scala data frames is preferable
Strong knowledge and understanding of statistical concepts, familiarity with ML and AI concepts is preferable
Strong communication skills; primarily English conversations with people located around the globe
Ability to convey mathematical concepts in meaningful way to business clients and internal team members
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of MS Office Suite – particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Finance
