To assist with the day‐to‐day operations of the Office of Human Resources. Ensuring smooth execution of all functional areas i.e. recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, organization development, HRIS, executive administration, and payroll etc DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the recruitment and selection process Develop JDs Complete the requisition process with all stakeholders Post ads on website and other portals Screening applications Arranging/scheduling interviews Placing/negotiating offers Preparing misc letters and correspondences in the process Ensuring timely processing of employment contracts for contractual staff: Taking up the case with the HODs for the recommendations Arranging approval from Director HR Issuance of contract extensions & updating individuals, System, & Finance for salary processing. Arranging the clearance & Settlement in case of contract conclusions. Responsible to facilitate smooth transition of separation of staff which includes:  Updation of system  Exit interview  Acceptance issuance & clearance processing (sending alerts to department on LWD & sharing the clearance to the Finance for their working)  Issuance of Experience certificate after all formalities get completed  Responsible for employment verification of ex‐employees  Salary processing of Adjuncts & other Part‐timers.  Looking after the internships extension & conclusions (clearances & final payment processing).  Responsible for processing the requests for:  Transfer of services  Change of Assignment  Change of Title  System updation  Payroll, Talent Team & IT updation Dealing with Academic Operations related to:  Addendums issued  Contract extensions of Faculty & their System & employee scan record updation  Payroll & System updation in case of any addition & deletion of Allowances to the faculty  Processing of Resignations of faculty & arranging of their clearances  Coordinating with Employees for their updated CNIC.  Sharing Happiness – arranging the New baby arrival gift to the employees  Timely processing of Payroll of Contractual & Permanent staff  System & Payroll updation for Van, Gym, Careem & Guest House deduction (if any)  Responsible for New HRIS modules development related to rewards & HR Services REQUIRED JOB SPECIFICATIONS Required Master’s / Post Graduation Qualifications Required Experience 5 to 6 years in relevant responsibility REQUIRED JOB COMPETENCIES (Technical and Soft Skills) S# Competency Criticality (High / Low / Medium) 1.
