Requirements
Job role
We are looking for a placement for the role of an education consultant for our organisation. We deal with Education and Migration matters; primarily students admissions and visa services for Australia, Canada and UK.
Your role will also include assisting us with Business Development Management i.e., being actively involved in assisting us with Marketing Campaign.
Following is a brief description of the tasks and responsibilities to carry out we expect from you:
Job Role and responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate with Head office in Sydney, Australia.
2. Advise the prospective student with regards to course, institution, admission and visa process.
3. Manage general administration tasks.
4. Handle client inquiries promptly and in a professional manner. The inquiries could be over the phone, walk Ins, via Email, Facebook, Website or by any other medium.
5. Maintain record and follow up all the inquiries and thrive to turn these leads into successful application/s.
6. Prepare and maintain Client Files.
