This position presents a unique opportunity for a highly skilled, self-directed, innovative, and dynamic individual to develop program efforts with identifying funding opportunities in the thematic areas of the organization and develop high-quality proposals in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, enabled by detailed program design.
The position leads the program development section and ensures compliance with donor submission deadlines. The incumbent will set up and coordinate a proposal development plan for each identified opportunity. S/he will ensure that all strategic funding opportunities are earmarked and analyzed to facilitate management's go-no-go decision.
S/he will facilitate DCOP/COP liaison and coordination with the donors and other stakeholders for pre-positioning and organizational profile management.
The incumbent will support the country's fundraising strategy implementation and play a key role in resource mobilization. S/he will analyze donors' trends and the country's development landscape to support leadership in achieving strategic and funding targets.
